Service Description
For uncommon, specialty, variegated, or harder-to-find plants that require a deeper search. We’ll help compare availability when possible, inspect for quality, and source with intention so you can avoid bringing home a questionable specimen. Best for collector plants, uncommon aroids, variegated plants, trendy finds, and wishlist plants that are not always easy to find locally. Plant cost, delivery, and upgrades are priced separately. Cancellation Policy
Plant Concierge services are designed to help source healthy, quality plants with the Plant Deco eye. Service pricing covers the time, search, communication, specimen inspection, and coordination involved in locating your requested plant. Plant cost is not included in the service fee. The plant itself will be priced at its retail or seller-listed cost, with no added markup from Plant Deco. Delivery, pots, medium upgrades, styling add-ons, and setup services can be priced separately when applicable. A deposit is required to begin sourcing. This deposit is based on the selected service fee. Before sourcing we will discuss your preferred base price point. Once a healthy specimen is located, Plant Deco will confirm the final plant cost, any approved upgrades, delivery fee, and remaining balance before purchase. The remaining balance must be paid before the plant is purchased, held, or delivered. Sourcing fees are non-refundable once the search begins, as they cover the time, travel, communication, and expertise involved in locating and inspecting the plant. Because plants are living items, final availability, size, condition, and pricing may vary. Minor cosmetic changes may occur during transport or acclimation. Plant Deco cannot guarantee long-term plant success once the plant is in the client’s care, but acclimation guidance is included where noted to help your plant transition into its new home.
