Each box is intentionally curated as a surprise, which means the specific items, colors, styles, sizes, and product combinations may vary. By purchasing a Bespoke Blind Box, you acknowledge that you will not know the contents in advance and agree to receive the box as curated.
Returns, exchanges, refunds, substitutions, and store credits will not be provided based on personal preference, duplicate items, or dissatisfaction with the surprise contents.
A plant is not guaranteed in any tier. Boxes may include a combination of Plant Deco merchandise, plant-care supplies, accessories, corms, plants, and other planty finds. Every box is guaranteed to contain a retail value equal to or greater than the price of the tier purchased.
Because each Bespoke Blind Box is thoughtfully curated with the individual buyer in mind, please allow up to two weeks for your order to ship.

If an item arrives damaged due to shipping, please contact Plant Deco within 24 hours of delivery and include clear photos of the box, packaging, shipping label, and damaged item. Damage claims will be reviewed individually and do not guarantee a refund or replacement.
